We nearly caused an international air disaster. We were in Thailand to learn about how resin works so we could make the test tubes in colors. But we also needed magnets. And as they are fairly light, we decided to fly 100kg from Japan. But officials at Narita Airport had other ideas. “How could you be so stupid to ship 100kg of magnets on a plane” they asked. Or to be more precise they faxed. Eventually we shipped them instead. International disaster averted. And Resin Test Tubes were born.
